SHIPPING

We ship our clothing anywhere in New Zealand for a Flat rate of $12.00 in Auckland. ( Pick in Auckland is free but call us to make arrangements). All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure you get your package delivers fast.  Please allow up to 2 – 3 working days for delivery. If you live in a rural area it my take extra day or two for delivery. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your reference.

Important – Delivery Time-frame

Please note that We cannot guarantee delivery time frames. However, you should receive your delivery within above mentioned time-frames. We try our best to send out your packages as soon as you place the order. All orders received before 6 AM local NZ time on a business day will be shipped out the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Please make sure to fill out your correct postal details at checkout to prevent any delays.

If you have not received your packages within our estimated time-frames, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into that immediately. We will work with courier post to track your item.

Please note that we have very little control over it once the packages have been sent . Culture Baby and More NZ are not responsible for any delays, missing parcels caused by the carrier or due to the errors on the customers’ part such as providing incorrect name/address in the checkout.
